Marek Wróbel was born in 1956 in Gdansk, Poland. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk with a diploma in Kiejstut Bereźnicki's studio. The artist has participated in many group exhibitions, including in Poland, France and Catalonia. Marek Wróbel's works are in numerous collections at home and abroad. Mark Sparrow's paintings have been honored with many awards, including "Four Seasons-Summer" in 1997 or the Award of the Mayor of the City of Gdansk in the field of culture in 2009 and 2014.
