She graduated from the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts, Faculty of Graphic Arts in 1986, in the Studio of Professor Andrzej Pietsch. She was awarded a scholarship by the Minister of Culture and Art. Her works have found recognition among many collectors and art lovers in Poland and abroad. Malgorzata Jenta-Dmitruk has developed a distinctive recognizable style of her own. Her paintings bring to mind a patchwork as if sewn from remembered paintings or fragments of paintings, as well as ideas about places and situations.
