Biography
Martyna Borowiecka (1989) is a graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, winner of several scholarship programs, including the Sayeda Scholarship, the Jan Matejko Scholarship, the Creative Scholarship of the City of Cracow, a scholarship from the budget of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. She was awarded the Grand Prix of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in the National Painting Competition - VII Triennial with Still Life, and twice the Grand Prix in the interdisciplinary competition "Przedwiośnie". Her solo and group exhibitions were held at BWA Kielce (2019), Ergo Hestia Art Pavilion (2019), MSN (Warsaw, 2019), Pamoja Goods (Krakow, 2019), BWA City Gallery (Bydgoszcz , 2018), Periscope (Salzburg, 2017), among others.
