I am a graduate of painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz in the studio of Prof. Tomasz Chojnacki
as well as a graduate of art education and art history. I am inspired by painting
figurative and symbolic painting. The painting traditions of Polish Colorism are closest to me,
I especially appreciate the paintings of Jaroslaw Modzelewski, Marek Sapetta, Stanislaw
Rodziński or Jerzy Wolff. I believe that in creativity, in addition to
workshop skills you need a concept, an idea, which makes the works become
recognizable.
In parallel with classical painting, I have taken up the technique of monotype with collage.
I present it in a series of works in the exhibition. The subject is man. My world is created
of various situations that make up human existence. In it you will find the average
character portrayed by me, as well as people experiencing ups and downs. People
above average and gifted, clergymen, social outcasts. We see people
focused on themselves, people suffering and in dialogue with their own self
They are defined in the space that is their home, workplace, asylum
I show the contemporary faces of humanity. I use line and stain artistically.
I use raster and underpainting as a background. Traditional means as well as those that lie outside the collection of the
workshop of an artist.

I participate in numerous exhibitions and plein-air painting events. I am a co-founder of the
Association of Artists "Beautiful World", in which I promote plein air painting. In addition to
painting I am engaged in teaching activities.
