Born in Varna, Bulgaria, in 1976. Draughtsman, painter and graphic artist. From 1992 to 1995 he was a student of Yavor Tsanev, a Bulgarian painter and graphic artist. From 1996 to 2001, he studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. He earned his diploma in the woodcut studio of Professor Zbigniew Lutomski.
An artist who is open to the world of symbols and myths, in addition to his graphic work he also does painting, usually in the traditional technique of egg tempera, watercolor and gouache. In his work, he refers to archetypes and signs deeply rooted in our imagination, while combining many eras and cultures. Fascinated by the Italian Quattrocento and Mongolian Indian painting, among others, he creates his own unique world, referring to the painting traditions of the East and West.
