Originally from Belarus, he currently lives in Lower Silesia. He exhibits his works in Belarus, Ukraine and Poland. Vladimir's paintings oscillate around two thematic circles - landscape and still life. Almost no human figure is visible in it. Vilenchyts has almost completely dehumanized his painting; as if he was looking for beauty in nature, flowers, nature, and not in people. What fascinates the artist is not man in himself, but the object of his culture - a cultural artifact left over from man. Sometimes the composition also includes fruit - a representation of nature. The clash of these two eternally clashing forces (nature and culture), is tempered by an all-encompassing atmosphere of dignity, which lends itself to the sycophantic objects in an equal manner. Vilenchyts' painting is a kind of game with the viewer, a game for his gaze. Moving through the space of other exhibited paintings, Vladimir's works immediately capture them. This is the effect of a constant game between the deluding sense of reality of the object and the distancing hieraticism of the composition. It's also the result of a technical procedure that the artist has enjoyed since the very beginning of his work. Who are you, Vilenchyts seems to ask, in the face of a book that has survived for hundreds of years, in the face of an image untouched by the tooth of time, who are you in the face of a culture that you can only co-create and of which you are only a passing part?
