Painter, author of essays on art and poems. Studied at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. His professors included Prof. Stanisław Rodziński and Prof. Jerzy Nowosielski (in his studio he received his diploma in 1989). Together with Roman Mazurkiewicz, he is the author of the anthology "Prophet on the Rock. Thoughts of Jerzy Nowosielski."

He paints mainly abstract paintings with a strong color accent ("Epiphanies" series). Władysław Podrazik's individual art exhibitions include expositions at Pro-Arte Gallery in Vienna (1990), Zapiecek Gallery in Warsaw (1992), Zamkowa Gallery in Lublin (1994), as well as Starmach Gallery, Pryzmat Gallery and "Krypta u Pijarów" Gallery in Cracow. The artist has also participated in group exhibitions in Krakow, Warsaw, Lublin, Beirut (Contemporary Polish Art, La Galerie ALWANE) and Geneva (Europ-Art '09 International Art Fair), among others.
