Wojciech Kaleta was born in 1981 in Lodz, Poland. Graduate of the Secondary School of Conservation "Na Nawrocie"- diploma in 2002. From 2004 to 2007 he studied at the Faculty of Visual Education, Wladyslaw Strzeminski Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz. Bachelor's degree included drawing, painting, printmaking and photography. In 2009 he completed his master's degree at the Faculty of Visual Education. His diploma in painting(Landscape. A Study of Light) was created in the studio under the direction of assistant professor Dr. Przemysław Wachowski. He lives and works in his hometown.
