A nice, well stamped piece. Sheet metal defects.
Type IV bust similar to the target bust from a later mass issue (at the same time with the legend ending in SVE rather than SUE), reverse with molded shields of late type.
The coin illustrated in the catalog of L. Ciura.
Note: the book is not the subject of the auction.
The 1667 Bydgoszcz sixpences form a very diverse group of coins. The differences on the reverse concern the shape of the shields of arms and the decorations between them and next to the crown. Differences on the obverse concern only the bust, which can be attributed to several types.
