A very nice piece of ducat clique from Nuremberg.

A variety with the initials CGL minted between 1746 and 1755.

A relatively rare coin on the market.

Obverse: in the pearl rim three coats of arms, below them the initials CGL, in the rim the legend:
+SECVLVM NOVVM CELEBRAT RESP.NORIMBERGENS;

Reverse: Lamb of God, in outer rim legend:
TEMPORA NOSTRA PATER DONATA PACE CORONA:;

Gold, dimensions 19 x 19 mm, weight 3.45 g.
