Grade: AU
Estimations: 119 - 238 EUR
Reference: Parchimowicz 103a
Beautiful mint piece, strong mint luster, patina. The only vintage 5 penny minted in brass. A rare piece from the late stage of stamp use, with a visible crack. In coin collections of the last century, struck by machine in large numbers, it is not the quantity of coins that indicates the quality of the collection, but the number of gems in it. There is no higher grade of gems than low-volume SAMPLES, and even rarer to them, created by accident, interesting minting errors (offsets, reverses).
