Obverse: royal bust in crown and plate armor prefixing the pearl band, in the outer rim a legend with trifoliate punctuation:
SIGIS AVG REX POL MAG DVX LIT;

Reverse: in the pearl rim the Pogo to the left, below it the date 1559, in the outer rim the legend punctuated by the Pillars of Gediminas, with punctuation in the form of triplets:
COIN MAGNI-DVCAT9 LITV;
