The last vintage of the sixpences of Sigismund III Vasa. Undescribed at Pączkowski's variant without a dot after REX.
Obverse: in the pearl border a bust of the ruler wearing a crown, armor, with a robe studded with jewels, to the right, in the outer border a legend punctuated by the coat of arms of the Half-Kozic Podskarbiego Wielkiego Koronnego:

Reverse: crowned escutcheons with the coats of arms of the Crown, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Coat of Arms of the Vasa dynasty, under the crown the denomination mark VI, in the pearl border, in the outer rim the legend:
