Variety with bust of type 21 according to typology of D. Marzęta.

Obverse: royal bust wearing crown, and armor, with tubular orifice seen from the side, to the right, in the rim legend:

SIG-3-D G--REX P-M-D-L-;

Reverse: denomination marking -III-, below it the coats of arms of the Eagle of the Crown, the Sheaf of the Vasa dynasty, and the Pose of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania between ornaments, below it the legend in two lines:
GROS-ARG/TR-R-PO 97, below it the coat of arms Levart and initials I-F and the monogram of Reysner in a shield;
