Ewa Seweryn, née Romanchuk, born 1960, grew up in a simple, artistic family, where beauty and artistry was passed on to her every day. In fact, Dad was her first teacher of drawing and sculpture.
In 1975, she passed to the State High School of Fine Arts in Kielce, at the Faculty - Sculpture.

She continued to develop and continues to develop her creative passion. She traveled throughout Europe, where she sold her works, but also primarily sought inspiration..... Her paintings are in private collections in Poland and abroad.
In her paintings, drawings or prints, she tries to combine observing nature with inner impressions. Therefore, nature is the primary inspiration of her works. Her painting is an imitation of nature rather than a deformation of nature, but she tries to avoid templateness and schematicity.
She is very fond of pencil, pastels, but her most common technique is oil, as the advantage of this technique is its durability and ease of obtaining intense, saturated colors,...colors she loves. She tries to make the choice of colors in her paintings a tool, to emphasize what is important and represent what is less important.
Despite 40 years of experience, during which she has created a great number of paintings, drawings, prints, pastels ( mostly commissioned) she is still on a constant quest...Her work is a constant struggle with nature and herself, requiring maximum personal commitment, and her life motto is that:
It is worthwhile in life to be guided by one's own choice, to try never to let one's talent go to waste, even if it is sometimes difficult and one encounters many obstacles on one's life path,.... continue to develop, be ourselves and do what we love in life.
