Biography
Painter, director, screenwriter, member of the Union of Polish Artists of the Krakow District. Born in 1981 in Cracow. Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology, diploma 2005, and from the Faculty of Directing at the Cracow School of Film and Audiovisual Communication, diploma 2010. He mainly practices realistic oil painting with large symbolic compositions, in which he refers to the works of Hieronymus Bosch, Gustav Klimt and the Prearafaelites, and sometimes landscape. He also works on a daily basis as a portraitist and illustrator. Works in the collections of institutions and private individuals at home and abroad, in France, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, China, Canada and the USA. He has won prizes and awards at independent cinema festivals in Poland, including twice first place for his film "The Fourth Sin." His works have been shown at exhibitions at Maya Gallery in Torun, Floriańska 22 Gallery and ZPAP Pryzmat Gallery in Cracow and many others.
