Known mainly as a watercolorist. He began his studies at the State Industrial School in Cracow and continued from 1902 at the Academy under Mehoffer, Unierzyski, Wyczółkowski and Wyspiański. Member of TPSP, co-founder of ZPAP, member of the Society of Lovers of History and Monuments of the City of Cracow, in 1914-16 deputy commander of the Guard of Monuments of the City of Cracow.
