Halina Dąbrowska (1925-1996) Painter and sculptor. Trained as a psychiatrist. In 1976 she was admitted to the Association of Polish Artists. She was friends with the illustrator Adam Hoffmann. She painted mostly Krakow - most preferably dilapidated tenements, falling off plaster. Especially close to her was the Kazimierz district. She often wove a lonely human figure into the landscape.
