Painter, printmaker, student of the St. Petersburg Academy in the studio of J. Ciągliński. In 1899-1903 he continued his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under Malczewski, Mehoffer and Axentowicz. He fought in the Legions. He was a member of the Podhale Art Society, co-founder of the "Kilim" weaving workshop in Zakopane. He painted landscapes, genre scenes, fantasy compositions, maintained in the Young Poland style.
