Biography
Paul Weimann was a Silesian painter. He trained at the Breslau School of Art under Carl Ernst Morgenstern, and later at the Berlin Academy. Weimann's paintings are dominated by landscape themes. The artist is particularly fond of winter landscapes of Lower Silesia - from the Kaczawskie Foothills, Jelenia Góra and the Giant Mountains. His works were presented, among others, in 1997 at the exhibition of Silesian painting "Images of Nature" (National Museum in Wroclaw, National Museum in Warsaw).
