He was a member of ZZPAP, lived in Cracow. The main part of his oeuvre are paintings of oriental themes and genre scenes from Turkey and Egypt. He exhibited, among others, in Bydgoszcz (circular exhibition in the City Museum in 1926), in Cracow (1927, 1931, 1932 and 1939) at the General National Exhibition in Poznan in 1929, at the exhibition of religious art in Katowice in 1931, in Lublin in 1931, in 1932 in the current exhibition in the Palace of Art in Cracow, and in Warsaw in 1936. In 1929 in the Cracow Artists' House there was a collective exhibition called Panorama of the East. The artist's works are in the National Museum in Warsaw.
