Ossecki painted oil landscapes, portraits, nudes and still lifes. He was a proficient printmaker, one of the most active artists in the Greater Poland circle of the 1920s in this field. He practiced woodcut, including color, as well as metal techniques. His printmaking succumbed to Formist and Ritualist art, among others, and in color woodcuts the influence of Japanese art is known.
