Biography
Polish photographer, co-founder of the Union of Polish Artists Photographers. In 1928, he debuted at the first International Salon of Artistic Photography in Warsaw. A year later he opened the Atelier of Artistic Photography, the most popular portrait studio in the capital, visited by many prominent personalities of the time. His series of photographs depicting the pre-war life of Kazimierz Dolny on the Vistula River is considered the first Polish photographic reportage.
