Unique, double-sided work by Jerzy Duda-Gracz depicting a caricatured self-portrait of the artist (low silhouette, prominent stomach, disproportionately short legs) with an ironic grimace on his face. In his hand, the figure holds a fly swatter used to annihilate persistent insects interfering with creative work. Self-portrait-caricatures, however, without personal notes, had been created before. One of them is reproduced in the catalog "Retrospective Jerzy Duda-Gracz", published by the Nowa Huta Cultural Center in Cracow in 2015. On the back there are the author's personal notes and the stamp of the LUBUSKIE LAND MUSEUM.
The work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the artist's daughter, Agata Duda-Gracz.
