Born 24.VIII.1938 in Stalingrad Gdanski. From 1954-58 he attended the High School of Fine Arts in Gdynia-Orlovsk. He studied at the M. Copernicus University in Torun at the Faculty of Fine Arts, receiving his diploma in 1962 in the graphic arts studio of Prof. Jerzy Hoppen.
In 1962-68 he lived in Człuchów, serving as head of the Department of Culture at the County Presidium. Department of Culture at the Presidium of the District National Council. He was the initiator and creator of the Regional Museum of the Czluchow Region. He spent the next years of his life in Szczecinek, working in the Ministry of Culture as head of the Department of Culture at the PPRN. In 1982 he left for Warsaw, where until 1984 he worked as a specialist in the dissemination of fine arts at the Polish Army House. In 1984 he settled in Pila, working until 1988 at the Higher Motor Officer School as chief instructor in the dissemination of fine arts and as Voivodship Visual Artist at the Voivodship Office. In 1995-96 he served as President of the District Board of the Association of Polish Artists in Piła.
