Graphic artist born in Połajewo, associated with the Poznan artistic community. Educated At the State School of Decorative Arts in Poznan, after a year of study as a non-commissioned officer in the active service, he was posted to Warsaw and Krakow. In 1926 he returned to PoznanArtist repeatedly documented views of PoznanThe acquaintance with Leon Wyczółkowski, in whose studio he visited several times, was an undoubted inspiration for him.
