"Fire Steed" was based on the legend of the fire horse, ademon known in Silesia , galloping through fields and homesteads. It arose from the soul of anobleman-sinnerwho cheated peasants by seizing their possessions through which he often led them to poverty or death by starvation. After death, such a wicked man had to serve his penance on earth, running around his domain for hundreds or thousands of years.
