Painter, printmaker, associated with the Silesian artistic community, student of the Graphic Arts Department of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Katowice. He participated in numerous international group exhibitions (biennials in Lugano, Ljubljana, Sao Paulo, Tokyo). He has had many solo exhibitions at home and abroad. His works are in many Polish museums, abroad, among others in the Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo, in the collection of the US Congress in Washington. A recurring theme of the artist's works is the countryside, viewed poetically and with humor, often in a slightly surrealistic atmosphere, close to the work of Breughel and Chagall.
