Tadeusz Jackowski - graphic artist and illustrator, longtime professor at the University of Arts in Poznan. Born on August 22, 1936 in Bruges, her son of prominent opera singer Maria Modrakowska and diplomat Tadeusz Jackowski. From 1955 to 1961 he studied painting and graphic arts in the studio of Professor Mieczyslaw Wejman at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow . He later continued his studies at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts in Paris. He works in printmaking and drawing, and is a full professor at the Poznan university. In 2011 he was awarded the Silver Medal "Meritorious to Culture Gloria Artis".
