From the description by Jan Lechon: "A picture from the period when the Sejm was adjourned time and again to prevent anti-government action, but was not dissolved in order to have a parliamentary approved budget. The Sejm, personified in Speaker Ignacy Daszynski is depicted here as the well-known toy "Wańka - Wstańka, a puppet that, when thrown, rises by itself. In the picture, from the left: General Edward Rydz-Śmigły, Walery Slawek, Aleksander Prystor, Marshal Piłsudski, Kazimierz Świtalski, Wieniawa."
