Andrew (Andjĕ) Pietrzyk b. 1959 He received his diploma from the Ilia Repin Academy of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg. He studied under Prof. Mikhail Konstantinovich Anikushin .After graduation he received a scholarship from the French government to study at the Ecole des Beaux Arts. Initially he worked in Berlin then moved to Linz, Austria where he still lives and works today. Recently, his work "Golden Bucephalus" was set up in the prestigious Michaelerplatz district of Vienna. Pietrzyk's works are in many private collections mainly in Western European countries.
