Born in 1962 in Radom, Poland. From 1977 to 1982 attended the State High School of Fine Arts in Kielce, where he earned a diploma in sculpture conservation. Studied from 1987 to 1992 at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the State Higher School of Fine Arts (now the Academy of Fine Arts) in Lodz. Diploma in 1993, in the woodcut studio of Prof. Andrzej Bartczak, annex in the painting studio of Prof. Juliusz Narzynski. In 1994, he was hired at the Higher School of Engineering (now Radom University) in Radom in the Department of Art Education as a scientific and technical employee. In 2013, after receiving his habilitation, he was appointed as a professor at UR. He currently teaches drawing and printmaking at the Faculty of Art. He has participated in about 80 group exhibitions (including Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Switzerland) and organized 11 individual exhibitions (including Sieradz, Kielce, Busko- Zdrój, Sandomierz, Lodz, Radom, Przemyśl, Krakow, Ostrowiec Św.). He has won awards and prizes, including: 5th, 6th, 8th Exhibition of the Radom District of ZPAP; 2nd, 3rd and 5th Triennial of Self-Portrait, Radom; Ludwik Meidner Graphics Competition, Ole. Ludwik Meidner, Oleśnica; 36, 40, 41, 43 Przedwiośnie, BWA Kielce 2013, 2017, 2018, 2020; 3rd prize in VIII Triennale with Still Life, Sieradz, 2018, honorable mention at Triennale of Contemporary Polish Drawing, Lubaczów, 2017; Grand Prix at Autumn Art Salon in Ostrowiec Św, 2021. works in painting, printmaking, drawing and sculpture. He also writes texts on art and short literary forms. He is the editor of "Arteria," a magazine published by the Art Department.
