Biography
Works in sculpture, drawing and photography. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (1966-1970), at the Department of Sculpture in the atelier of Prof. Jerzy Jarnuszkiewicz, receiving her diploma in 1972. The artist works in stone, bronze, epoxy and porcelain. In 1976, she received a scholarship from the Italian government to realize sculptures in marble, in Carrara. She won first prize at the Winter Salon in Radom in 1980 and an award at the Third Fanano Sculpture Symposium, in 1985. She has participated in many international sculpture symposiums including: in Villany (1979); in Digne les Bains (1991), in Guilin Yuzi Paradise, China (2000). She realized set and costume design for the plays: For Phaedra Per Olaf Enquist, Television TV and Yourcenar, Rozrywki Theater, Chorzow (1997).
