Iwona Pastok ur. 11 maja 1970 roku we Wschowie k. Leszna. Studiowała na Uniwersytecie Śląskim w Katowicach, Wydziale Pedagogiczno-Artystycznym w Cieszynie, gdzie w 1996 roku uzyskała dyplom w pracowni rzeźby prof. Jerzego Fobera. W latach 2002-2008 była członkiem bielskiej Grupy Artystów Ceramików „Wdym". Na co dzień zajmuje się rzeźbą i ceramiką unikatową.
