"Co-feeling the delicate vibrations on the web of life is the nature of the relationship I share with the Creatures of the Forest that haunt my studio. I call them Animals. Living in harmony with nature and its rhythms allows me to sense their subtle presence. During forest walks I meet them and sculpt a tangible shape for these Green Soulmates of ours."
The figure of the Animal is a reflection of the bond between man, his heart and soul, and Nature. The connection between the Animal and its human Guardian allows to rebuild this often broken bond, to heal relationships in the web of life. The deepest desires of the human heart summon these forest creatures. And when an Animal finds its Keeper, it grows deeply into him. It puts down roots into the human heart and human soul."
