Piotr Butkiewicz (b. 1966)
Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, where he graduated in 1991 in the sculpture studio of Prof. Leon Podsiadły. He works in sculpture and painting. He has presented his works at numerous national and international individual and group exhibitions. He showed his works as part of the presentation of Lower Silesia at EXPO 2000 in Hanover. He has exhibited in Berlin, The Hague, Wroclaw, Brussels, Helsinki, Kleinniedesheim and Lodz, among others. He participated in the "Places not Places" exhibition at the Polish Sculpture Center in Oronsko.
He also participated in Artur Zmijewski's project and film titled "Cellulose Memento".
