"I use materials that mean something. Each object has its own meaning, and put together they give an aphorism. An aphorism is very similar to truth. But it is not the truth itself. I consider artistic activity a provocation: intellectual, creative." "The use of ready-made objects has been practiced by people practicing fine arts since the beginning of the world. My workshop and my thinking are extremely traditional." Wladyslaw Hasior
