Ryszard Pasikowski was born in 1952 in Parczew. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1972-77 in the painting department of Prof. Jacek Sienicki and the textile department of Prof. Zbigniew Gostomski. He received his diploma with honors in 1977. He created abstract patterns, colorfully strong, allowing interpretation beyond the framework of cycles. His works adorn collections at home and abroad.
