Liliana So ja - painter, graphic artist, photographer. She graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in the Royal Łazienki Park in Warsaw. In 1980 she graduated from the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts (diploma with rector's honors), where she studied in the studios of Jacek Sempoliński, Rajmund Ziemski, Zbigniew Gostomski. In 1983 she left for Paris, where she took an active part in artistic life. She lived in the French capital for almost 15 years. She definitively returned to Poland in 2000.
Soja does painting - mainly lyrical abstraction with elements of action painting - but also experimental photography; she is also a graphic designer and runs an independent business as a computer art designer within her own Direct Design Studio. A characteristic feature of her art is the freedom of artistic expression, the importance attached to gesture, but above all the fascination with color, which becomes a structural element of her works, building harmonies and tensions. The artist has presented her works in numerous group and solo exhibitions.
