Mariusz Lewandowski was born in 1960 in Działdów. He died in 2021. He painted his first oil painting in 1975. Since then he regularly participated in plein-air and group exhibitions. The artist creates paintings full of symbolism and poignancy. After coming into contact with the art of Zdzislaw Beksinski, he began creating surrealist works. His paintings are in Polish and foreign collections, and his paintings are recognized in the United States, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia and Germany, among others.
