Biography
In 2000-05 she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan at the Faculty of Art Education. She received a diploma with honors in two specialties: painting in the studio of Professor Piotr C. Kowalski and art pedagogy under Professor Jolanta Dąbkowska-Zydroń. She presented her works at competitions and exhibitions in the country min. National Leon Wyczółkowski Painting Contest in Bydgoszcz, Biennale of Small Painting Forms in Torun, Triennale of Polish Contemporary Painting "Autumn Confrontations" in Rzeszow, International Biennale of Miniatures in Czestochowa, Art Biennale in Poznan "Image of the Environment", Festival of Polish Contemporary Painting in Szczecin, where she was among the artists nominated for awards during its XXI and XXII editions. She has also exhibited works in Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Italy. She was honored at the national stage of the International Olympic Committee's "Sport and Olympism" Art Competition. She works in painting, photography and applied graphics. In painting, she analyzes, depicts situations that move her in a particular way at a given moment. She documents her impressions and experiences through form, color and composition, and these become only means, tools to achieve the set goal. She pays attention not only to the visual aspect itself, but also to the emotions that a "spectator", a viewer could directly experience.
