Biography
Graduate of the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, Faculty of Graphic Arts and Painting. In 2002, she received a diploma in the Woodcut Studio of Prof. Andrzej Bartczak and in the Painting Studio of Prof. Marek Czajkowski. Through numerous exhibitions, the artist has had the opportunity to present her works at home (in Lodz, Warsaw, Sopot, Bydgoszcz) and abroad, including Scandinavian countries - Sweden (Stockholm, Kivik, Goteborg, Kiruna), Norway (Oslo) and Denmark (Horning). Currently, the artist mostly develops series under the title "Perfect Moment" or "Blue Universe", which introduce a mood of balanced and positive peace, respite and immeasurable space to the horizon. The spaces are reduced to the essentials - light, thoughtful, orderly composition and simple forms. The presented places are filled with silence, far from the urban hustle and bustle and mass culture. Nature provides an opportunity to reset, breathe and relax. The depicted figure complements the reflection on human existence, and is an addition to the landscape. The dog is a symbol of unconditional love.
