Painter, sculptor and draughtsman, student of the School of Wood Industry in Zakopane and the State School of Arts and Industry in Cracow. He continued his studies in Vienna and at the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts, including K. Laszczka, T. Axentowicz, J. Stanislawski and L. Wyczółkowski. Associated with Zakopane, he co-founded the Podhale Art Society. He practiced oil painting, made pastels, sculpted, designed kilims. The artist's works and creative achievements are permanently displayed in his family villa "Cicha" in Zakopane .
