Biogram
Painter and graphic artist. Graduate of Warsaw's VIII Władysław IV High School. In 1900-03 he studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under Leon Wyczółkowski, Józef Unierzyski and Józef Mehoffer. He continued his studies in Italy, and from 1907 in France. From 1920 he was a member of the Société Nationale des Beaux-Arts, from 1929 he belonged to the Société du Salon d'Automne. From 1933 he was a member of the Professional Union of Polish Artists in Cracow, from 1956 he was a member of the Union of Polish Artists in France. In 1939 he became honorary president of the Association of Polish Graphic Artists.
