1904 - 1939 Gusen
He was a pupil of Wojciech Kossak (from 1923). In the master's studio, he made underpaintings for his works. In 1931-35 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow with Władysław Jarocki, Ignacy Pieńkowski and Józef Mehoffer. During World War II, he was deported to the Gusen concentration camp, where he died.
