Landscape painter. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under F. Szynalewski, I. Jablonski and W. Luszczkiewicz, continued his studies in Vienna and Munich. He was a teacher at art schools in Lviv. He exhibited his works at TZSP in Warsaw and TPSP in Cracow, as well as in Lviv. In the interwar years, he lived in Italy, including Capri. He painted mainly atmospheric landscapes, showing his sensitivity to nature and light.
