Ernest Adam (born March 2, 1868 in Lviv, died November 22, 1926 there) - Polish lawyer, financier, politician. One of the founders of the People's School Society. Corresponding member of the Polish National Museum Society in Rapperswil. In 1896-1898, editor of the All-Polish Review. Member of the National League, in 1905-1915, 1918-1926 representative of the National Democrats in the Lviv City Council. In 1896-1906 served as secretary of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Lviv. Member of the Civic Committee and the Polish National Committee in Lviv in November 1918. He was a member of the Legislative Sejm of 1919. In the same year he was also entrusted with the position of president of the Polish Loan Fund, which he held for 1 year. From 1922 to 1926 he was a senator of the first term of the Senate of the Second Republic.
