Creator of landscapes, portraits, still lifes and also abstractions. He also painted caricatures and monotypes. In Bialystok he worked as a teacher of drawing. Jozef Rapacki noticed his talent for painting and, at his urging, Sadowski entered the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts, where he studied under Karol Tiche. From 1929 to 1931 he stayed in Paris on a scholarship funded by the Bialystok magistrate. Upon his return, he worked as a teacher in Bialystok at the Henryk Sienkiewicz Middle School (1934 - 1937). He co-founded the Group of Bialystok Artists Form - Paint - Texture. In 1938, he worked in Lviv as a cartoonist for the Polish Journal. After the war, he settled in Lodz. There he worked creatively and socially. He was a member of the Lodz art group Piąte Koło.
