Daivd Pataraia was born in 1971 in Lanchchuti, Georgia.
He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tbilisi. In 1991 he moved to Poland where he has lived ever since.
He studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Academy of Fine Arts in Vashava and the Faculty of Painting in Cracow and Poznan.
In 2022 the artist painted a series of paintings "Bulls from the Caucasus". It is maintained in the artist's characteristic colors, enchanting the viewer with energy and dynamism. The artist has already taken up this theme many times in his work.
