EUGENIUSZ MINCIEL Born on December 27, 1958 in Dębno Lubuskie. From 1980 to 1985 he studied at the Faculty of Painting, Graphics and Sculpture at the State School of Fine Arts (currently the Academy of Fine Arts) in Wroclaw. He received a diploma with distinction in the Painting Studio of Professor Wanda Gołkowska. He has had 30 solo exhibitions in Poland and abroad and participated in more than 100 group exhibitions, including the most important generational exhibitions in Poland, including Radical Realism - Concrete Abstraction at the National Museum in Warsaw (1987), Freshly Painted at Warsaw's Zachęta Gallery (1988), Recognition - paintings of the 90s at Bunkier Sztuki in Krakow (1996), or Apogee-New Expression 1987 at the Centre for Contemporary Art in Torun (2011) or Generation 80 at the National Museum in Krakow (2010/11). Winner of the Scholarship of the Minister of Culture and Art in 1987. His works are in the collections of the National Museum in Wroclaw and Warsaw and in private collections.
